We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our dynamic team at PROMETEUS DIGITAL SOLUTIONS®. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s technological vision, strategies, and ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports our business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of emerging technologies.

• Develop and implement the company’s technological vision, strategies, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and manage the technology team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, platforms, and tools that align with business needs and goals.
• Oversee the development and implementation of robust and scalable technology infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions across the organization.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing trends.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer or in a similar technology leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, technology architectures, and infrastructure management.
• In-depth understanding of emerging technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions that drive business growth and innovation.
